(1) A person who has obtained license to produce motion picture may sale or transfer the license to other person.
(2) If a person desires to sale or transfer license pursuant to Subrule (1), the person so desiring to sale or transfer or the receiving person shall submit a joint application to the Ministry upon payment of half fee of the license, the Ministry may give approval to sale or transfer such license
